Arkadiusz: welcome. I have a cnc modbidelli U46. The computer does not display, and sometimes as it appears, does not move the machine. Neither the X or Y or Z. Probably when replacing the battery in your 6000 TRIA has been damaged PCB. We bought a new PCB, but unfortunately the problem is not solved. Can you fix your computer TRIA 6000? Should I send the whole computer? Can I send the PCB: MASTER, SLAVE, ANALOG? I am also of importance. The whole machine weighs a lot. My question is: how much to repair? M. Salman Mughal: Display screen of the control panel shows the value of memory registers and do not boot the machines from any of the floppy drives. Sean Moffatt: I have one of these units in a servo roll feed that drives the brushed DC servo motor just fine. The problem is that it does not respond to the + - 10V control signal. It runs at 100% randomly in fwd or rev when a start signal is applied. The cnc controller was made in the 80 's It is no longwer supported (software or electronically), and is basically junk and is going to be replaced with something that is current. mick Sharman: There are no spares anywhere. The Poletti & Osta brand is the same, just badged and coloured differently. They are the same as El.ge. identical.You can exchange any higher current rating (average and Peak) as long as it is higher rated, but same Voltage. I could not find any of these, but there was a supplier in UK who had one, but I think it has gone.

Andrea: We have a old machine with this type of electrical device ,but at the moment it ' s stopped because i have some wrong signal coming (i think)from servo motor D.C AZE LV15 .when the "speed enable " signal it 's sended to AZE device it rest only for a few second and then fall down, this happen when i have more then one device connected and able. If i move the motor in manual everythink ok .I tryed to force the enable signal to all the AZE device but they become crazy ...For this i need ,the electrical drawings of "El.ge AZE CC4Q type AZE LV15 ",the wire connection and in case to know if you can sale me one new device after know the price.

James Dow: Jose,it appears that the battery on the motherboard has gone bad. This meansthat the CMOS has to be reprogrammed so that there is no floppy driveand not to seek floppy drive at startup. Also there are other things thatneed change in the CMOS.

scott smith: In cut mode the ram comes down too fast and doesn 't pulse. It crashes it the work piece. I adjusted the drift ,didn 't help. I tried jumpping the micrometer wires . I sent in the board behined the control modual ( where the fan is ) , it needed some repair but didn 't help. I sent the control modual in to have in checked, they said it was good. Checked ohm 's at the servo, that 's o.k. I sent the servo in and they said it had contamination in it. They repaired it but it didn 't help. Checked the hydraulic pressure it 's about 2oo psi. need help thanks, scott

Jonathan: I have an Eltee Pulsitron (EP300CP) with a vectoring head. The VMC is displaying that the head should be moving, but the head does not move. Also, the Futaba digital read out for the machine is so worn out that the symbols on the buttons have fallen off. Can you help?

Steve: We have an Eltee Pulistron EP30 RDP we are looking for filters and manuals for. The power pack serial number is 1292 and the machine serial number is 380. The filters (2) are 6 " X 18 " with a 2-5 8 " hole and a 4-12 " fiber gasket top & bottom. They are steel on the outside. Do you carry filters and or parts and manuals? Every now and then I get this problem with the ram not coming down to cut,Sometimes just clicking the pulse,or vibration button clears it up.Iyt also seem like it happens more after the machine has been sitting,which is the case now. Foot Young: Hi, I 've got an Eason ES8 DRO that when booting up just displays all 8 's on the axis scales and just Chinese characters on the right hand readout. I suspect it is the CMOS battery, as it is 5 years old, hasn 't seen much use, but over the last month or more, sometimes it would only display as above, but if I kept turning it off and back on I could eventually get it to come good. Today however, now amount of coaxing would get it right. I tried it without the plugs in that go the the sensors, no difference. I took it apart and checked the battery voltage, it is a 2.4 80mAh battery, and it reads 2.39 volts. It is set to 110 volts and on checking that it is getting 122 volts from the transformer in the milling machine. I could send it to you, as I can 't find anyone here in OZ who repairs them, but the postage would cost half what a new unit cost. Can you provide any advice please. Thanks.Foot

Kenneth Snowden: HAD AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM SQUIRLS CHEWED THROUGH THE COMMON WIRE AT THE PGE POWER IN POLE KNOCK OUT 2 FRIGS. 1 FREEZER 2 GAR-AGE DOOR OPENERS ETC. AND APPARENTLY THE DOOR BELL UNIT LISTEDIN THE SUBJECT SPACE ABOVE. UNIT UNLIKE MSOT OF THE POWER MULTIPLUGS STRIP, DOES NOT SMELL BURNED. YET NEITHER FRONT OR REAR DOOR BELLS WORK. I AM TRYING TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM. Kyle Herd: I have a DT-260 unit with intermittent power issues. Eric Liseno: We are having an issue with our Eltee EP30 RD EDM. Serial Number 1268. The operator called me out saying the machine was arcing. When I got out there, the part they are burning is contained in a fixture, and the whole top of the fixture starts glowing red immediately when the electrode touches the part and smoke comes rolling out of it. They even tried shutting off all the amp switches on the front panel and it still did the same thing. I pulled all the boards to inspect and clean. I also checked all the fuses and no luck. It seems like something is shorted or there is a bad board. Could you please send me an email with what else I could check or if you need any more info?
