Jeremiah Shem E. Santos: Hello There,This is Shem Santos, Mark Process Engineer of Amkor Technology Philippines. Would like to ask for your expert opinion in our quest to improve TPC 261 cure time from 1.5 Hrs to 1 hr. Out current temperature setting is 110 degrees celcius.If ever I opted for 1 hr for faster cycle time do i need to increase the mark cure temperature? Will this have an effect on the solderabitity?
