John Fleming: In 2007 you repaired one of our NUM 720 monitor power supplies. We are having the same problem again with the unit you repaired. I have a backup unit but it is also not working properly, it has the same problem as the one you repaired the 1st time. Can you give me some idea what turn-around time and cost on this unit may be?
