mohammed gomaa: I am reaching out regarding my Motion Science Inc. 1942969 units Auxilliary Bob Board. The unit is not functioning properly, as it does not power on and is displaying error messages on the screen. I have tried troubleshooting steps like checking the connections, but the issue persists. Based on the symptoms, it seems that the Auxilliary Bob Board may need to be replaced. The estimated cost for a replacement board is around $150 to $200, excluding any additional service charges. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with information on repair service options for my unit. Thank you for your assistance.
