Lachlan Smith: Hello.I am the engineer for Regional Publishers in Australia and we are having big problems with our Fs scs3.0 splicer. The problem we are having is that when running the top roll the festoon is floating about 1.5m, this is only happening spasmodically na donly on the top roll.
