William Durham: I would like to get a copy of the manual for the Infra Pak EZ Duz It pallet shrink wrapper. I am currently experiencing problems with the turntable. The unit does not turn easily once a pallet of product is placed on it.

Jason Enstad: The Shrink Wrapper that we use (listed above) @ our facility has been virtually trouble-free until yesterday (2 13 12). The carriage would not move up or down; But the turntable would still rotate. Found out that the carriage was "cocked "-straightened it out. That now works but only in manual mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

STEVE HYATT: I have a Infra pak 5000 Sidewinder. The turntable does not turn. I have power to the motor but nothing moves, Where can I get a operations manual or a pdf of the parts list?Thank you

David Kinswa: Our Sidewinder 4 does not run the wrap up and down in auto mode. It does operate in manual mode.
