VICTOR CHANG: Dear sir : We had bought a GRASEBY CHECKWEIGHER with type E30 , S/N: B56645, Date : 31-07-98, and found problems as follows recently 1. When product be put in load cell , the reading moves up and down and is unstable. 2. When trim calibration , we run prodct many times to weighing and found some of the reading over 5% of tolerance. VICTOR CHANG: Dear sir : We are Corner Corporation in Taiwan. We moved our Parmasol aerosol can line to Mainland China and found problems of E-30 checkweigher as follows : 1. The reading of weiight of single product goes up and down,is unstable. 2. When trim calibraton , there were some weight reading of product over 5% of standard weight. And some of good product be rejected. Can you advise what caused it and can you send engineer to help us fix the problems. Jim: I dont know of a Model 300 unless it is a new one an Apex 300. With that number you have it sounds like an old Model called a Tektamet.

There are two numbers associated with this unit, One on the digital readout (R1940607) and the other on a tag inside the metal detector head (51338-5) The unit works, but it is missing some parts.
