Brian: Hi, curious if you repair Granville-Phillips Agilent MICRO-ION E VACUUM GAUGE units. Part # G3170-80001. Appears to be made for Agilent by Granville-Phillips. It 's used on the newer Agilent MSD 's (mass spec for a gas chromatograph). Thanks in advance, Brian
