Randy Van Wyngarden: I need to purchase a rotary poisition sensor make by Foxboro/Jordan. Model # PF1010 Code # 1010-.25 Do you have know where I can purchase one? It is nothing more than a potentiometer mounted in an explosion proof housing and geared so .25 turns of the input shaft turns the pot 340 degrees.

Doug: I am also having trouble finding units of this nature. It is the most reliable type in our systems. Most of the newer ones use an arm instead of a rack-and-pinion to move the mechanism. They also are not very tolerant to lightning strikes as the old Foxboro is. Sorry!
