Claudio Homenko: Good morning!On my plant we have a Coopmes - automatic machine glass cutting - his factory was broken about 5 years ago and it use a ESA TRIA 4000 to control all moviments. Since last march we have a problem in his drive 3 1/2 of 720Kb that begin to scratch the diskets we input on it.How can I buy a new drive cause now a days I can?t find this device in 720Kb only in 1,44Mb but the PLC do not accept to start read the disket.Thanks for allEng. CHRIS PASTOS: Hi,I had similar problem 15 days ago on my beamsaw with the same controler ESA TRIA 4000 and I had to buy a new drive direct from ESA/Gv Italy.They charged me EUR 120 plus another EUR 90 for shipment which I believe is far too much but I had no other choice.I hope this will be a help for youChris Pastos

Arkadiusz: welcome. I have a cnc modbidelli U46. The computer does not display, and sometimes as it appears, does not move the machine. Neither the X or Y or Z. Probably when replacing the battery in your 6000 TRIA has been damaged PCB. We bought a new PCB, but unfortunately the problem is not solved. Can you fix your computer TRIA 6000? Should I send the whole computer? Can I send the PCB: MASTER, SLAVE, ANALOG? I am also of importance. The whole machine weighs a lot. My question is: how much to repair? Please do write back, do not know English so I can only translate into google. My name is Arkadiusz Zieta, Poland. PCB board could send DHL - 2 working days and you get to the company.

Lawrence king: HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVE OR TURNED ON FOR SOME TIME. THE BASIC PROGRAM SCREEN IS BLANK WHEN NORMALLY YOU WOULD SEE THE INITIAL SCREEN LAYOUT COME UPAND THEN INSTALL THE PROGRAMMING. IS THERE A SIMPLE FIX FOR THIS?REGARDS
