chris hendricks: : Our companys copier has been experiencing consistent issues since late last month. Its failing to scan documents and prints them at half the quality of our previous model. We also have concerns about paper jams which are occurring more frequently, potentially causing delays in our workflow. This machine is no longer meeting our productivity needs and is costing us valuable time. Based on my understanding, a replacement could cost around as we need to ensure functionality before the next quarters deadline.:
