Adam Signore: I have a dcl7a monitor by sceptre dclcd . The inverter board appears blown as you can shine a flashlight and see the active display is working. i have pulled what the PS inverter board out. Part number: 3405g04031-3f-b3b005p. I am wondering if it is possible to have the board repaired and i can re-nstall.Thanks,adam.

James Budelman: Would like an estimate to repoir. NO power - monitor blinks occasionally, but does not power off nor show information. Shows no self test.
