Don Reed Bonita Packing: I just replaced the control board on a RYTEC High Speed roll up door. Rytec doesn 't offer a repair service for the board I removed and I 'm looking for that service.

Rick Martin: I have a TCP-101 Rytec roll-up door control unit that has a shorted power input. Can you give a ball-park estimate for repair? No rush, I have a spare. Sorry, but due to spammers my email is generic until I decide to work with you.

Wayne Medeiros: We just installed 3 Rytec Predadors with the Feig Encoders , 1 Door worked fine 2 do not have communications with the controler. Rytec support claims the wire is bad , we replaced the wire but left it at full lenght with no change , the door that works has the full lenght of cable thus making me believe there is something more that we are missing , by the way we also swapped encoders with brand new units , is there a problem that these units have that Rytec is not aware of or not willing to disclose.
