I have a LeRoi air compressor, serial # 3120x250. I found another # A219-89. Assembled @ Dresser Industries Inc. Sidney, Ohio. 62-48 I have a few issues with it. First issue is over heating. So I should probably install a new thermastat, but cant seem to find and purchase in my area. The second issue is, leaking at the oil cooler which is located between engine oil filter and engine. Cant seem to find a replacement part for that either. I do automatic underground sprinklers, which need to be blown out every fall to keep from freeze damage duing winter. I am in a bit of a hurry because it is my only compressor and my one thousand costumers are counting on me to blow out there sprinklers. A quick response to solve these problems is very appretiated.

Unloader valve working MOST of the time, but one failure almost started a fire. Would like advice on how to determine what's wrong. Disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. Found nothing suspicious. Still doesn't unload each time as it should. Parts estimate please.
