Hofliger & Karg info - weight control unit   Posted by Zoran Golubovski on Wednesday, January 17 2007 Dear sir/madam, We have a weight control unit, included in an automatic packing line for packing solid (powder and granule) products in a bags. At the weight control unit there is a plate with the folowing writing: H + K HOFLINGER + KARG Waiblingen bei Stutgard Germany type: KWE 200V massh. No.: 4W1.2665.01.70 This weight control unit we have conected with a packing machine (OPTIMA) and it controls the weight of each bag that is packed. At the same time if the bag have biger or lower weight than needed it is removed from the line, and the unit sends a signal to the packing machine to correct the filling. We bought this weight control unit as a second hand equipment (back in 2001), and we have no documentation for it. At the begining it was very dificult but now I can say that we know enough about this equipment. But still for my "safety side" manipulation with this equipment I need some documentation.
