I have an Eltee EP/30 RDP that the head is out of tram. Can you tram the head on these or are they fixed?

we have a eltee and i need a manual for operation and also machine diagrams

We are having an issue with our Eltee EP30/RD EDM. Serial Number 1268. The operator called me out saying the machine was arcing. When I got out there, the part they are burning is contained in a fixture, and the whole top of the fixture starts glowing red immediately when the electrode touches the part and smoke comes rolling out of it. They even tried shutting off all the amp switches on the front panel and it still did the same thing. I pulled all the boards to inspect and clean. I also checked all the fuses and no luck. It seems like something is shorted or there is a bad board. Could you please send me an email with what else I could check or if you need any more info?

I have had this Eltee for maybe 20 yrs.It has been a great machine. Every now and then I get this problem with the ram not coming down to cut,Sometimes just clicking the pulse,or vibration button clears it up.Iyt also seem like it happens more after the machine has been sitting,which is the case now.\\Can anyone help? What type and weight of hydraulic oil to use in the hydraulic sending unit located beneith the base cabnett in the bottom of the machine. The oil was red in color? Please help us and do you have o-rings seals for the head of machine and also a bellows cover to seal head ? upper and lower?

My machine is showing a lot of carbon fragments when running and the result is DC arc\'s I was told that that weak capasiters csause this problem.

I have an Eltee Pulsitron (EP300CP) with a vectoring head. The VMC is displaying that the head should be moving, but the head does not move. Also, the Futaba digital read out for the machine is so worn out that the symbols on the buttons have fallen off. Can you help?

We have an Eltee Pulistron EP30/RDP we are looking for filters and manuals for. The power pack serial number is 1292 and the machine serial number is 380. The filters (2) are 6\" X 18\" with a 2-5/8\" hole and a 4-12\" fiber gasket top & bottom. They are steel on the outside. Do you carry filters and / or parts and manuals? Would you quote them please, if so.

I have ELTEE servovalves in stock. It is generally cheaper to repair your valve. ELTEE used several different valves in the EP30/50 machines. I would need more information about your machine to help you further. L. Hunter

In cut mode the ram comes down too fast and doesn\'t pulse. It crashes it the work piece. I adjusted the drift ,didn\'t help. I tried jumpping the micrometer wires . I sent in the board behined the control modual ( where the fan is ) , it needed some repair but didn\'t help. I sent the control modual in to have in checked, they said it was good. Checked ohm\'s at the servo, that\'s o.k. I sent the servo in and they said it had contamination in it. They repaired it but it didn\'t help. Checked the hydraulic pressure it\'s about 2oo psi. need help thanks, scott
