Dear Sir ;We have faced with the same problem you mentioned.the first problem is because of the PAM and we could not get rid of the problem.The second problem is because of the Blanket motor you should change the motor beacuse 2b means overcurrent. We have faced with the same problem and solved the problem with changing of the blanket motor.Good luck.

We face with the problem that is about communication between PAM and SAM drives. We have S7-300 PLC, 1 PAM and 13 SAM Drives. During running the machine we face a error Head Communication Error(head means SAM drives for this machine) and we observed followwing error on the PAM 0B80E002,0B80E003 or 0B80E01F.We think that this problem is because of the PAM.My question is how can i repair this PAM and Where i buy PAM from.please respond us as soon as possible

Dear Sir! Sorry for the wrong e-mail address! This one is correct.The following problem has been occuring quite often on one of our machines for some weeks. One Socapel SAM-drive (SAM-DA-400-14N-P1N-D) stops the whole machine and displays \'7\' and \'F\' characters on its 7-segment display. At this time the PAM-controller (PAM-S1N-L4E-AP V10000)displays \'0780F020\' but the SIEMENS S5-115U PLC has no fault. This problem with the SAM can be reset by the PAM or restarting the PLC. According to the PAM-SAM Troubleshooting Guide fault code \'F\' means \'Main CPU fault (fault handler)\'. Which CPU does this refer to, SAM, PAM or PLC? What else can cause this problem and what we can do, before replacing something? Unfortunately, we do not have any software tools for checking the PAM-SAM system, only for the CPU.
