The tag over three box relays says MFD. ADVANCE INDUSTRIES, APPLETON, WIS. with the controller model no. tagged on the circuit board. I may need a new board or repair to the board. One of the relays continues a slow click as long as the opener is plugged in to power. Please advise. Thanks.
