I am looking for a wiring diagram for a Rittenhouse, Spartan Electric, Fayettevile NC C8845 unit which is 30 to 35 years old. It seems to be either able to use two D cells or 16V transformer but I am got sure how to wire it up. Any ideas? Thanks.

The door chime is not working properly in that some of the hammers are not striking properly. sometimes they reach the tubes and sometimes not.
