printed 6mil wall vinyll job approx 100'.....in 5' panels..when tryie to cut media to change roll to reg media,,the cutter stopped in the middle,,,,and i turned off machine and cut manually---when i went to reload i got fashin lights on panel and error code Y74
had a computer tech hougholy clean the machie withh qtips and alcohol......a mimaki tech looked at machine
said motor appears ok and the pulley seems attachedd,but the motor doesnt want to movewhen powered up
mimaki tech noted that he did not see a light on indicating the encoder srip my not be working----reasoning---the roland and mimaki have a light to indicacte the encoder is working---he thought if this is the cace the crcuit board attached to the encoder srip may need replaced

i need a mutoh tech to fix my machine--can you help i have been down for3 weeks plus
