Just wondering i have a rittenhouse system rcm-1 and the intercom system part does not seem to be working. We can broadcast for the main unit and it is heard in the other units but when we try to broadcast from one of the other units to the main you can not hear the person ? Anysuggestions or do you have a manual that can be downloaded?ThanksDave

Have you ever heard of a response on the Rittenhouse 631/632. I too am refurbishing one and need to know the correct tranformer voltage needed and a wiring diagram surely would help. Any insight?

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

The door chime is not working properly in that some of the hammers are not striking properly. sometimes they reach the tubes and sometimes not. We\'ve got an old aprox. 30years old unit. signal fades in and out. Best to try and repair or do you sell new/updated maybe with cd or mp3 imputs? Also need a external outdoor speaker/intercom box. Has the 5 plug cupling. thanks,Paul

Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob
