Just wondering i have a rittenhouse system rcm-1 and the intercom system part does not seem to be working. We can broadcast for the main unit and it is heard in the other units but when we try to broadcast from one of the other units to the main you can not hear the person ? Anysuggestions or do you have a manual that can be downloaded?ThanksDave

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. This is a two unit intercom and door opener for apartments. Presently, it has current but buzzes the door open without pushing the switch, and has no voice tones.
