I have an adjustable bed that appears to have your motor/actuator. The model on the motor is VO7564AS76U. The connecting ring located on the top of the motor has broken and I would like to purchase a new one. Hopefully you can sell/provide that top piece but if I need to purchase the motor and assembly that is fine.

A sticker label is on the motor with the name Dunntron and the model number given above. The serial number is KO900 and there are other numbers without description on that same label ... including 100150 and VWG-71; also E32557.
