I have an adjustable bed that appears to have your motor/actuator. The model on the motor is VO7564AS76U. The connecting ring located on the top of the motor has broken and I would like to purchase a new one. Hopefully you can sell/provide that top piece but if I need to purchase the motor and assembly that is fine.A sticker label is on the motor with the name Dunntron and the model number given above. Switching the wires in hand contoller to raise then switch wires again to lower chair. I believe the switch in the hand controller is bad and needs to be replaced. The motor works ok.

The plug is white plastic with the female pins in it, it mates to a plug in the control that has two male pins in it.

I am working an an Invacare lift chair with a Vonweise drive mechanism. When I press the button on the hand control the actuator will run one direction but not the other. I have tried a different hand control (pendant) and I get the same result. When I push the button to go the other direction I hear a buzzing sound and that is it. I contacted Invacare and they will not ship individual parts. They want me to order the entire mechanism for around $350. Can you help?

One way to test whether it is your controller or a motor is to switch the plug from the nonfunctioning section (Head, Foot or Bed) into the recepticle for one of the working sections, then use that control button to test the motor itself. Example: If the head does not work but the foot does, unplug the head motor and plug it into the socket for the foot motor. Use the Foot control buttons to raise and lower the head. If the head now works, the problem most likely lies in the controller itself; usually the button itself has failed and the entire controller must be replaced. I am currently looking for a controller myself.

I have a King Koil elect. bed. About year 1981.The wormgear that drives the up and down motion of the bed, has come out of the motor. I can\'t tell what is supposed to keep the end of the wormgear in place in the motor. What I am calling a \"wormgear\" is a long \"geared\" shaft, about 1/2 in in diameter. The back end of the \"wormgear\"should be attached into the motor, as the bedframe rides the \"wormgear\" to raise and lower the head of the bed. Any info about what is missing, or why this shaft will nor stay in the motor would be appreciated. I am able to make repairs, if I knew what part or parts are missing, and how to purchase them Motor/drive unit is Von Weise model V03232A876 1/10 h.p. 1.4 amps. 19 to 1 ratio. Serial A-80.
