We have an old model 1100 flow velocity indicator (Serial No. AE0271) that we use for teaching, and just recently it is not registering revolutions. Do you still service these, and if so, what is your charge for problem assessment and repair?

I am looking for a manual for my Pathfinder 5 DRO model 8770-2 S/N 26-7-0478. Also a source for renewal parts. I know I need to replace the encoder lamp on one axis.
