we have here a rytec control board and search for somewhere to have it fixedthanks for the support.
We just installed 3 Rytec Predadors with the Feig Encoders , 1 Door worked fine 2 do not have communications with the controler. Rytec support claims the wire is bad , we replaced the wire but left it at full lenght with no change , the door that works has the full lenght of cable thus making me believe there is something more that we are missing , by the way we also swapped encoders with brand new units , is there a problem that these units have that Rytec is not aware of or not willing to disclose.
