Hi, I would like to ask if the Z board can be calibrated? Reasons: 1. Out of tune. 2. Cannot attain full power. 3. Cannot attain 1200hz frequency. 3. ACR over-voltage tripped.Current condition: 1. Power can reach up tp 400kw only. 2. Frequency up to 1000hz only. 3. Turn on time too long (10secs). 4. Initial voltage upon inverter on is 500V (too high).Induction furnace model: VIP powertrak 500 R series.Company: Negros Metal Corp. I have a z board that needs repaired. This has a micro-controller on it. Have you done these in the past?
