I would like a price estimate to repair the main board from a Cybex Treadmill Model Number Q25ci. The problem is the speed does not stay constant.

Need to know the wiring sequence for the 4 wire tach pins. The connector was broken off, wires are dangling, there are 4 bare pins for the tach need to know the wire sequence. Please help me.

Hello: I have an inoperable Trotter 540 Supertrainer, Model 540 ST, Serial No. D1217017, speed 1 to 10mph, 115 volt, vac 68z, 9 amp 1 phase that I would like diagnosed and repaired. If you are able to 1) refer me to someone who can do this, 2) provide the services yourself, please let me know at your earliest convenience. I have a Trotter 510 which until recently it was working fine.Now after some 10 minutes of operation it stops abruptly and gives a Code 2 (excessive Current Draw) indication.The current here is 110 v 50Hz but I do not think the problem is the frequency, otherwise it could not have operated OK for a couple of years.The total time is 281hours, the total distance is 880 miles and the number of starts 1457.Brushes were (or look) OKIf you can diagnose the problem please advise what parts (motor, relay box, etc.) may need changing and give me a quote.Because of our geographic location, shipping the treadmill back would be prohibitively expensive as would be flying a mechanic.And the machine is too young to junk it.Please see what you can do.

i\'ve diagnosed the treadmill using the manual and suspect the upper board (in console) is the problem. can you test it? can i also send the other boards in case it test ok?thanks

The tredmill belogs to by parents. When I go on it it gives the sensation that I am slipping on Ice. When I jog on to every time my foot comes down on the belt the belt stops for halve a second. Also the belt moves toward the right when I am using the machine

I have Cybex Q20 ci. I am unable to press the start button to initiate functions to use the pre program that I have set up. I tried turning it on and off the machine a few times and sometimes then it will allow me to press the start button to activate the prgram. Then the next day I use it it doesn\'t work again & by turning it on and off the machine a few times it doesn\'t work. Its not the not the pin that is clipped to your shirt/pant that when you pull it out of the slot from the panel the machine stops. I am not sure if it the main circuit boad on top?

Just picked up a trotter 540 and need a manual or info on how to program it (what are the programs what they do and how to program them). Also how to care for the machine. Belt lubrication?....and such.Can you help?Thanks
