My Harvey Sterilemax autoclave, Model # ST75935, serial # 1118980157106, displays the message: Calibration error, Please contact customer service. The person from whom i bought the sterilizer swears it was working great when he tested it. Could something have gotten loosened during shipping? It shipped from WI to CA via UPS.
