we are using ZT22 oil free compressor for DESAL plant .one compressor\'s electronikom reglator showing the following error code 110200000000 .please send me trouble shooting manual and solution of this error code.

Atlas Copco is a very good machine. But somehow we need the electrical diagram for the compressor as our record as previously lost it accidentally. The machine we had is GA75 VSD with Serial number AII 496765. Please kindly send us the drawing as soon as possible.
