The unit has an outstanding FAN, but it\'s just not cooling.It doesn\'t seem that old, but I\'m wondering if the freon needs rechargingor if there is a software glitch preventing it from cooling

I have an Amcor ALW12000EH unit that cools fine but will not heat. Can you repair ?
